Jennifer Busch-Hallen joined Nutrition International in 2015 and is the Senior Technical Advisor for Maternal and Neonatal Health and Nutrition.

In her role, Jenny supports and provides strategic direction to Nutrition International’s programs that advocate, build capacity, and generate evidence for improving maternal and newborn health and nutrition.

Jenny leads the scale up of integrated nutrition and health interventions for pregnant women and newborns, and ensures a continuum of care from the adolescent girl, woman, or mother to child.

She works with national governments and partners to strengthen access to and delivery platforms for antenatal, birth, postnatal and neonatal care. Her goal is to support women and their children to survive, thrive and reach their full potential.

Jenny has over 21 years of experience in international and Australian indigenous public health nutrition and has worked extensively to improve maternal, infant and child nutrition throughout the Asia and Pacific regions.

She brings experience from managing, developing and delivering programs for UN agencies, research institutes and the Australian government.  She has a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics.
