Overview

The present case study evaluates the effectiveness of Ghana’s National Vitamin A Programme (NVAP), which has been implemented in the three most vitamin A-deficient regions of northern Ghana, to improve rates of child survival. This evaluation serves as a logical model of programme evaluation, and makes recommendations that could guide other evaluators and programme managers
